Terms and Conditions

We are excited for you to experience Long Lunch at the Mercury Room. For your chosen Long Lunch you'll enjoy a selection of kai from our Mercury Platter including house-made Pizzas, & Fries catered to your table numbers as well beverages from our Drinks Menu. (Please note that food is not continuous, drinks may vary from stated menu depending on supply). For groups 20 and over, a $240 refundable booking fee applies. If 4 or more of your party do not attend, the $240 deposit will be kept by the venue. If 3 or less people do not attend, the $240 deposit is refunded to the booked party. The refundable booking fee is paid at the time of booking. This event is by reservation only. Bookings are essential. This event is strictly 18+. Smart dress attire applies. Sports attire is not acceptable (come on lads make an effort). A 2 hour time limit applies from the time of your booked session (e.g. 2–4pm). This has been confirmed with you already. Please be on time. Everyone at the table must pay $60 for the long lunch experience, regardless of whether they are drinking or not, or late for their session. (For non-drinkers we have a selection of beverages from our menu to enjoy.) All beverages will be served by wait staff at your table. Do not help yourself to the jugs on the bar, you may be asked to leave. (For your convenience additional purchases can be ordered and paid for from your table, just give our friendly staff a wave.) No DOUBLE PARKING – you will not be served until your glass is empty. Host responsibility applies. Excessive drinking is unacceptable. Intoxication and/or unruly behaviour could result in refusal of service and you may be asked to leave. Drink responsibly and have a great time.
